STAYING HERE IS A QUINTESSENTIALLY

ENGLISH EXPERIENCE

VIP Discount Card:
Guests can use their VIP Discount Card in the restaurant for Breakfasts, Luncheons & Afternoon Teas and to order a Bakery 'packed-lunch', Picnic or Supper (waiting for you in your suite if after restaurant closing).

 

Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am:
If you arrive early, you can leave luggage with us at Maids of Honour ground floor and collect keys*. On return, your luggage will be in your suite.

 

Early Check-ins and Later Check-outs:
Subject to availability and charged at £20. We are available until 7pm for check-ins. After 7pm, keys* may be collected from the secure box adjacent to the entrance (code and instruction will be given prior to arrival).

 

Parking: 
Short-stay parking on Kew Road outside the entrance can be purchased directly through the RingGo App. RingGo parking can be used throughout the Richmond Borough and many other areas of London. For guests who need a permit, we can provide a permit for £10 per day.

Daily Servicing:
Our staff will attend once a day to check & replenish beverages and other ‘consumable’ items. Fresh milk is provided daily for tea and coffee making as well as a selection of our teas and coffee. Staff will ‘spruce’ clean & tidy, make bed(s) and replace towels, flannels, tea-towels if required/requested.
Stays of 5 nights or longer will usually have full bedlinen changes on Day 5 and every 5 days thereafter according to our Green Policy. Guests can request more regular changes of any items. 

 

*Keys lost or not returned are charged at £30 per key.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the first day of the booking to receive a full refund. From 7 days to 2 days there is a 50% refund.
Where a booking is made within 48 hours of the start of the stay and subsequently cancelled, no refund is available.

 

Green Policy:
We strive to be as environmentally-friendly and aware as possible and keep waste and unnecessary chemicals to a minimum. Any comments or suggestions from customers as to how we can improve are always welcomed, with thanks!
